Please note that there will be a break between the ceremony and the reception from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation from Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver to Neptune Seafood Restaurant in Coquitlam. The drive typically takes around 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic. During this interval, feel free to grab a coffee!

Wedding Ceremony

We are honoured to have you join us for this special moment. The ceremony will follow this order of events: 1) Prelude: Guests are invited to take their seats and enjoy the music. 2) Processional: The wedding party will make their entrance. 3) Welcome & Remarks: A few words to begin the celebration. 4) Exchange of Vows & Rings: Our personal promises to one another. 5) Recessional: The newlyweds exit together as a married couple. 6) Post-Ceremony Photos: Group photos will take place immediately after the ceremony. Please listen for announcements and stay nearby if you are part of a photo group. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time, and to please note that pets and outside food are not permitted at the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding and for celebrating this day with us!

The reception will follow this order of events: 1) Welcome and Toasts: We’ll begin the evening with a warm welcome, followed by heartfelt toasts and speeches from our loved ones. 2) Chinese Dinner Service: Enjoy a delicious multi-course Chinese banquet, featuring some of our favorite dishes. 3) Wedding Trivia: Test your knowledge about the couple with a fun trivia game — prizes await the winners! 4) Photobooth: Capture the night with silly, sweet, and stylish photos at our photobooth. 5) Newlywed Game: Get ready for a lively game to keep the energy high and the laughter rolling. 6) Bouquet Tosses: Both the bride and groom will each have a special bouquet toss — be ready to catch them! 7) First Dance: Share in the magic as the newlyweds take their first dance together. 8) Open Karaoke and Dance Floor: After the first dance, the mic and dance floor will be open — sing your heart out and dance the night away! 9) Thank You: We’ll close the night with a heartfelt thank you to everyone for being part of this unforgettable day.
